Pauline Melnyk, MCC Accredited Trainer: Pauline Melnyk is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Accredited Change Management Specialist, and founder of Melnyk Consultancy Ltd. With decades of experience leading large-scale transformations, Pauline integrates coaching, neuroscience, and sustainability practices to drive impactful, long-lasting change.
