Welcome to Neuroscience for Change

At the heart of modern leadership and organizational success lies the ability to adapt to continuous change. "Neuroscience for Change" combines Agile Change Management, Coaching, and Leadership to drive sustainable transformation. Led by industry experts, this course introduces the revolutionary PEPE© model, which applies neuroscience principles to foster resilience, reduce resistance, and enhance performance in ever-evolving environments.

Developed in collaboration with APMG International tm and co-authored by Melanie, the course builds on the PEPE model’s four domains—Pain, Energy, Peaks & Valleys, and Error. These domains offer a brain-friendly approach to understanding and managing change.
