Agile Change Agent

The Agile Change Agent course provides a practical way to scope, plan and manage change initiatives for you and your colleagues, with the emphasis on learning techniques that you can apply to the projects and change initiatives. Enabling effective and lasting change in Agile environments.

Welcome to a World of Agile Change

At Melnyk Consultancy, we offer a path to mastering agile change management. This course is designed for those seeking to improve productivity and quality in their organizations by rapidly adapting to new challenges and opportunities through an agile, iterative approach.

Increasingly adopted by organizations that recognize the need to respond quickly and easily to new opportunities, agile approaches have a significant impact on how change is managed and implemented. The impact goes well beyond those responsible for leading change initiatives. Teams and individuals from across the business – whether actively involved in and/or impacted by change – need to understand the new operating environment and how they can contribute effectively.

This course is based on the popular publication: “Agile Change Management: A practical framework for successful change planning and implementation” author Melanie Franklin.

At the end of our course you will have the opportunity to complete the supporting, multiple-choice exam and become a certified Agile Change Agent.
