This course is designed for individuals who have completed the Change Management Foundations certification and are ready to elevate their skills in applying change management principles to real-world initiatives.

Eligibility
  • Prerequisite: Successful completion of the Change Management Foundations certification.
  • Objective: To equip candidates with the ability to apply change management techniques effectively in various organizational settings.

Cohort 1: CMP_Feb 2025 – ( Feb 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) 4pm to 6:30pm MST/ 6pm to 8:30pm EST

Cohort 2: CMP_Mar 2025 (Mar 4, 7, 11) 6:30am to 10:30am MST / 8:30am to 12:30pm EST 

Cohort 3: CMP_Apr 2025 – (Apr 24, 25) 8:30am to 4:30pm MST / 10:30am to 6:30pm EST

Cohort 4: CMP_Jun 2025 -(Jun 5, 6) 6:30am to 2:30pm MST /  8:30am to 4:30pm EST

Exam preparation

  • Understand and link organizational drivers of change with governance structures.
  • Apply various organizational paradigms to support and sustain change processes.
  • Use process frameworks for planning and understanding organizational change.
  • Establish frameworks for leadership support in change processes.
  • Contribute to change initiative preparations and team effectiveness.
  • Guide preparations for change, addressing learning and motivational aspects.
  • Support colleagues in understanding organizational change and its human impact.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders effectively in change processes.
  • Design communications plan that consider diverse stakeholders and communication channels.
  • Recognize and mitigate resistance to change.

  • Type: Objective testing based on a case study scenario.
  • Questions: Four questions, each worth 20 marks.
  • Passing Mark: 50% (40 out of 80 marks).
  • Duration: 2.5 hours.
  • Materials: Restricted open book; “The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook” is allowed.

Successful candidates will meet the knowledge requirements for Change Management Institute accreditation.
